What kinds of tests should be conducted during the operation of a 80kva 3 phase step up power transformers 415v to 11kv?

To ensure that the transformer operates normally, the following tests should be carried out frequently:

(1)Temperature test. Whether the operating state of the transformer is normal and the temperature level are very important. According to the regulations, the upper layer oil temperature should not exceed 85°C (the temperature rise should not exceed 55°C). Generally, transformers are equipped with dedicated temperature measurement devices.

(2)Load test.
