The core of 10kv 1600kva oil immersed power transformer is made by stacking high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheets. This significantly reduces the no load loss and no load current. The core is bound together to ensure its tightness and minimize noise. Both the high voltage and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen free copper. The low voltage winding adopts a double spiral or four spiral structure, while the high voltage winding adopts a multi layer cylindrical structure.

The 10kv 1600kva oil immersed power transformer linkage adopts the Dyn11 technology, which reduces the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improves the power supply quality. It adopts a fully sealed structure, which extends the service life.

1.Its core is made by stacking 0.18 to 0.3 millimeter thick oriented silicon steel sheets through stamping and shearing processes, which ensures good stability.
