The core is made of high-permeability cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, and a stepped lamination process is used to effectively reduce hysteresis loss and no load current. The windings are wound with high strength oxygen free copper wires, featuring high insulation levels, strong current carrying capacity, and excellent performance in withstanding short term overloads and impulse loads. The entire s9 12.5mva 33kv electrical power transformer is designed with an integrated oil tank structure, which has good sealing performance, effectively preventing the insulation oil from getting damp and oxidized, delaying equipment aging, and significantly extending its service life.
