By using the stepped 45°full cross jointing laminating method, the magnetic path becomes smoother, thereby reducing losses and noise. From the perspective of material properties and current carrying capacity, the high voltage side of a 11kv 13.8kv 1000 kva power dry type transformer has a high voltage (11kV or 13.8kV) and a small current (approximately 50A), and the segmented cylindrical structure wound with round copper wires is conducive to achieving high insulation. while the low voltage side of a 11kv 13.8kv 1000 kva power dry type transformer has a low voltage (400V) and an extremely large current (approximately 1440A), the copper foil winding can provide sufficient current carrying cross section, and fundamentally eliminates the circulating loss caused by parallel connection of multiple strands of wires, ensuring uniform current distribution.
