The transformer features a fully sealed structure oil tank and vertical heat dissipation fins, which offers excellent weather resistance and moisture proof capabilities, capable of operating stably for a long time in an environment ranging from -25°C to +40°C. The product complies with IEC 60076 and corresponding national standards, and possesses reliable, economical, and easy to maintain characteristics.

The typical short circuit impedance of this 22kv pole mounted power transformer 50kva is 4%, which can effectively limit the short circuit current on the low voltage side and protect downstream distribution equipment. The no load loss does not exceed 170W, the load loss (at 75℃) does not exceed 950W, and the overall loss level meets the requirements of secondary energy efficiency. The high voltage side is equipped with an off circuit tap changer, with a tap range of ±2×2.5%, allowing for flexible adjustment of the output voltage during power outages and adapting to fluctuations in grid voltage.

In terms of structure, porcelain bushings are respectively installed on the high voltage and low voltage sides of the  22kv pole mounted power transformer 50kva, and lightning arrester installation brackets are reserved. The surface of the oil tank is treated with shot blasting, anti rust and weather resistant paint, and the anti corrosion grade meets the requirements of outdoor environment. The cooling method is ONAN, and no auxiliary fans or pump sets are required.
