50kva Single Phase Pole Mounted Transformer

The 50kva single phase pole mounted transformer produced by Wenzhou Xifa Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd.Its rated capacity range is 50 kVA, which complies with standards such as ANSI/IEEE C57 and IEC60076. Its main function is to convert high voltage power (such as 10kV, 11kV, etc.) into low voltage power (such as 220V, 240V), which is used for households, stores, industrial equipment, etc. It is suitable for residential areas, commercial areas, rural power grids, agricultural facilities, and small industrial power supply.

Standard configuration of the 50kva single phase pole mounted transformer  includes mineral oil insulation (ONAN cooling), aluminum or copper windings, primary voltage 7.62 kV to 34.5 kV grounded delta line or delta line such as 7200/12470 GrdY, 7620/13200 GrdY, 12470 GrdY/7200, 24940 GrdY/14400, 34500 GrdY/19920. Secondary voltage ratings can be 120/240V 40/480V or 139/277V,  ±2×2.5% or 5 tap changing switches, conventional or CSP configuration, built in fuse, lightning arrester, weak loop protection, pressure relief valve, oil gauge instrument and gray oil tank surface treatment.

To ensure that the 50kva single phase pole mounted transformer is not damaged during transportation and storage, and can be delivered to the user smoothly and safely, we have taken a series of professional packaging and transportation measures. These measures cover packaging methods, transportation methods, storage requirements and delivery acceptance standards to ensure that the transformer can remain in good condition in various environments.

The wooden boxes that have undergone heating or fumigation treatment comply with international customs standards and are suitable for export and sea transportation. They provide stronger structural protection to prevent external impacts, stacking pressure and vibration from affecting the 50kva single phase pole mounted transformer. Foam pads, rubber supports or inflatable buffer bags are filled around the transformer to reduce shock during transportation. A high density foam support structure is used to ensure that the transformer does not shift during Jumpy transportation.

All electrical components of the transformer (such as windings, insulation parts) are wrapped with moisture proof plastic films and vacuum sealed to prevent water vapor from entering,which is particularly applicable in high humidity areas or during sea transportation.

For international exports or long distance transportation, 20 foot or 40 foot containers are usually used. Transformers need to be treated with moisture and salt spray to ensure that the equipment will not be damaged during sea transportation. Special flat frame containers can be used for transformers that are extremely tall and wide.
