Daily maintenance work of the 11kv 220v 20kva stepdown power distribution transformer:

The daily inspection mainly relies on "visual inspection, listening with the ears, and touching with the hands (under safe conditions)", focusing on identifying abnormal situations. No professional tools are required and it can be completed by on-site operation personnel.

1.Visual inspection: Check whether the casing of 11kv 220v 20kva stepdown power distribution transformer, connection terminals, and insulators are intact, without damage, cracks, loosening, or rust.For oil-immersed transformers, check that the oil tank sealing area has no oil leakage or oil seepage, and the oil level indicator is within the normal range (not too high or too low).

2.Operating status: Listen to the transformer's operating sound. It should be a uniform "buzzing" sound and no sharp abnormal sounds, impact sounds, or uneven noises. Touch the casing (for dry-type) or the oil tank (for oil-immersed type), and the temperature should be within the normal range, without abnormal overheating.For 11kv 220v 20kva stepdown power distribution transformer oil-immersed type, the oil tank temperature should not exceed 75℃, and for dry-type, the winding temperature should not exceed 105℃.

3.Wiring and protection: Check that the high and low voltage connection terminals are not loose, not overheating, and not discolored.For outdoor installed equipment, check that the protective casing has no debris accumulation, no water accumulation, the grounding device is firm, and there is no breakage or detachment.

4.Environmental inspection: There should be no flammable or explosive items around the 11kv 220v 20kva stepdown power distribution transformer, no obstructions, and good ventilation. For dry-type transformers, avoid dusty and humid environments, and for oil-immersed transformers, keep away from fire sources and high-temperature areas.
