2.5 Mva Dry Type Distribution Transformers adopts epoxy resin vacuum casting and high-permeability iron core design. By using cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity and low loss, as well as the stepped joint technology, greatly suppresses magnetic flux leakage, effectively reduces no-load current, minimizes no-load loss and operational noise, and realizes higher energy efficiency and more stable long-term operation.
The high voltage winding is vacuum casting with glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin to achieve bubble free, low partial discharge and high mechanical strength. The low-voltage winding adopts a foil winding structure and features excellent dynamic and thermal stability.
The whole 2.5 mva dry type distribution transformer is designed with F/H class high temperature resistant insulation system, with outstanding flame retardant, self-extinguishing, moisture-proof, and dirt-resistant capabilities.
