Q1:At which level does your insulation performance fall in the IEC standards? Could you provide the specific values for the power frequency and lightning impulse withstand voltages?

A1:high voltage 11kv molded vacuum interrupters meet the "general insulation level" for 12kV equipment as stipulated in IEC 62271-1. The typical parameters are:

Power frequency withstand voltage (1 minute): 42 kV (to ground / between phases) / 48 kV (at the breaker)

Impact withstand voltage (peak): 75 kV (to ground / between phases) / 85 kV (at the breaker)

Q2:What tests do you conduct before the products leave the factory? How can you ensure that each of them that you deliver to me is of good quality?

A2: We implement a 100% inspection system. Before each arc-extinguishing chamber is shipped out, it must pass the following tests:

Power frequency withstand voltage test: Inspect internal insulation and vacuum degree.

Loop resistance test: Ensure good contact.

Magnetic control vacuum gauge test: The actual measured internal vacuum level (better than 1.33×10⁻³ Pa).

Appearance and size inspection.

All test data will be recorded and archived, enabling individual traceability.
