2500kva 35kv amorphous alloy transformer can be produced into dry type or oil immersed type. Its windings are mostly made of copper cores and are equipped with advanced technologies to ensure excellent electrical performance. The 2500kva 35kv amorphous alloy transformer has multiple protection levels, such as IP20 which can prevent foreign objects from entering, and IP23 which also has certain waterproof capabilities. The cooling methods can be natural air cooling AN, AF or ONAN, and the forced air cooling mode has a stronger overload capacity. This series of transformers can operate at common voltage levels such as 10kV, with a capacity range from 30kVA to 4000kVA, and is equipped with various connection methods such as Yyn0 and Dyn11 to meet different power demands.

For Oil immersed 2500kva 35kv amorphous alloy transformer

The transformer is treated for rust prevention, the flanges are sealed, the breathing apparatus is sealed, and the oil tank is filled with nitrogen for sealing. The radiators, oil reservoirs, temperature controllers and other accessories are removed and placed in separate wooden boxes. The main unit does not have an external wooden box. The bottom is welded with a steel transport base, and the steel base is reserved for the lifting fork position.

This packaging has the following advantages:

1.Light weight, saving shipping costs, and high container loading utilization rate;

2.Convenient loading and unloading and lifting, suitable for bulk carriers and special containers transportation;

3.The cost is the lowest, and the 35kV large sized transformer is the preferred choice. However, it is only suitable for oil immersed transformers, and dry type transformers cannot be unpacked directly.

For dry type 2500kva 35kv amorphous alloy transformer

The solid wood or plywood is heat treated and fumigated using IPPC method. The entire box is sealed. Foam and plastic waterproof film are placed inside. The equipment is fixed on the wooden base inside the box and the box is reinforced with steel bands. The fumigation identification approved by customs is affixed.

1.fully enclosed, rainproof, moisture proof, and collision proof, providing the best protection for ocean shipping;

2.The IPPC label is universally recognized by global customs, avoiding fines and seizure of goods due to fumigation at the destination port;

3.Suitable for multimodal transport and long distance inland land transportation. However, the wooden box increases weight and occupies space in the container, resulting in an increase of 10% to 20% in shipping costs.
